Leadership

Bro. Johnny Montgomery is a pastor with a heart for his flock.  He was saved at the age of 19 at Kiamichi Baptist Assembly and soon surrendered to the call to ministry.   Johnny has served as youth pastor, evangelist and has been a pastor for over 18 years.  Bro. Johnny is an expository preacher, believing in a verse-by-verse approach to preaching the Gospel.  He is very passionate about evangelism and missions and believes in leading his church to not only reach their neighbors but to reach the nations.  Other than being devoted to serving King Jesus and spending time with his family, Johnny's hobbies include turkey, deer and wild hog hunting, fishing, golf, and he is an avid runner.
Johnny and his wife, Leigh, have been married for over 20 years and have three children, Grace , Titus, and Cy .
Johnny is a graduate of Luther Rice University & Seminary with a Bachelor of Arts in Religion Ministry Degree. He is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Theological Studies Degree.

Welcome to Coby and his wife Alexis to FBCRO. Coby grew up in Red Oak, attended our Youth Ministry, and served in our Timothy Ministry. He attended EOSC and recently graduated from Northeastern State University. He was very active in the BCM at both campuses. While attending NSU he served at FBC Tahlequah. We are so glad the Lord has led him back home to serve in our great community!
